At Sharvi Handicrafts, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. To make your post-purchase experience clear and hassle-free, we have outlined our return, refund, and exchange terms below.
Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions listed below.
Return Eligibility
A return request will be accepted only if:
- The item is unused and remains in its original condition.
- Original packaging, seal, and labels are not damaged or removed.
- The request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.
After the returned product is received and verified, you may opt for either a refund or a replacement.
Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be initiated within 10–12 business days after inspection.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through UPI or bank transfer, based on the customer's shared details.
- A confirmation message will be sent once the refund process has started.
Please note: Delivery or shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery, after approval.
Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:
- Product received in damaged condition
- Incorrect item delivered
- Manufacturing defect or leakage (if applicable)
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- Original packaging, seal, and labels must be intact.
- The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Our team will review your request and notify you once it is approved. You will then receive instructions for shipping the product back. After quality verification, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Cases
We will not be able to approve requests if:
- The product has been used or opened.
- The request is made after 3 days from delivery.
- Packaging, seal, or labels are missing or damaged.
- The product does not pass the quality check after return.
