Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

A return will be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, seal, and labels are intact
  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery

Once the returned item is received and verified, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 10–12 business days after product inspection
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • A confirmation will be shared once the refund is initiated

Note: Shipping or delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • Incorrect item is delivered
  • There is a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

Requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged
  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery
  • Packaging, seal, or labels are missing
  • The product fails the quality check after return
  • Minor variations in design, color, or size (due to handmade nature)
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
